About Rossana Broll, Educare Founder

Rossana Broll is the Founder and Co-Director of

Educare Children's Center in Corte Madera, CA. Her interest in teaching and desire to create a program for young children started in her childhood. Rossana was able to fulfill this calling in 2009 with the launching of Educare. She obtained her degree in Early Childhood Education in Guatemala, where she was born and raised until moving to California.

Before opening her own Children's educational center, Rossana was the director at a Montessori Center in Marin City that served infants through five years old. This experience exposed her to the Montessori philosophy, and her admiration for this method of education motivated her to pursue her Montessori Teacher certification. At this time, she learned about a structured curriculum in Human Values. Together with a Montessori approach, this program created a strong foundation that gave children the awareness to understand how their choices affect everyone around them.

Rossana also worked as the director for an Infant Toddler Center in Corte Madera, children ages newborn to three years old. This experience allowed her to create a Montessori environment for infants and young toddlers in which freedom of movement, exploration, and self-discovery was part of their daily routines.

Rossana continues to learn from experience, incorporating new ideas and programs that empower the school to evolve with our everchanging world. She remains committed to serving the Marin County community with quality care and holistic education for young children.
